Our behavioural interviewing skills training program is designed for HR practitioners, line managers and anyone else involved in the interviewing of job candidates.

Through very practical and informative modules, participants learn and practice skills of designing interview questions to assess specific competencies, establishing the criteria against which interview findings are evaluated and conducting behavioural interviews.
