Assessment centres

A multi-method assessment for higher volume selection e.g., graduates, call centres. Assessment centres require candidates to engage in a range of assessments that measure job-related competencies. For example, an assessment centre may include role plays, group discussions, problem-solving tasks, interviews, psychometric testing. Candidates are observed by trained assessors and their overall ratings are compared with those of the group.
