Allworth Juniper’s coaching skills workshops provide a safe forum in which people managers can learn, practise and build confidence in the skills of giving feedback, setting and agreeing performance expectations, inspiring goal achievement, and gaining agreement on actions for behavioural change and performance improvement.
Participants are encouraged to bring “real” scenarios that they are facing at work and are supported by their peers and skilled facilitators as they experiment with different ways of addressing the issues.
